Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All Enchanted Sacks products are handmade to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for 
production before your order ships. Custom frame bags may take up to 3 weeks. 
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your 
order is on its way.

Shipping
We ship via DHL to Germany and the European Union. Shipping costs are 
calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: 1-3 business days
- EU: 3-7 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to customs 
or carrier issues are outside our control.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your DHL tracking number 
by email once your order has been dispatched.
